Commercial Framework
Typical Contract Volumes
We engage on commercial quantities suitable for institutional buyers, trading houses, and end users with genuine offtake capability. Our approach prioritises substance over speculation.
01
Spot and Term Discussions
We structure both one-off transactions and longer-term supply agreements depending on buyer needs and product availability.
02
Monthly and Lift-Based Volumes
Contracts can be structured around monthly allocations or per-shipment quantities, providing flexibility for different operational models.
03
Trial Cargo Followed by Rolling Supply
Many arrangements begin with a trial shipment to establish procedures and trust, with an option to extend into regular supply thereafter.
Exact quantities are discussed once buyer mandate is confirmed. We do not engage in speculative volume discussions without clear evidence of purchasing authority and capability.
Delivery Terms
Depending on the product and buyer profile, transactions can be structured under internationally recognised Incoterms and delivery mechanisms. The chosen structure reflects buyer experience, logistical capability, and risk appetite.
FOB (Free On Board)
Buyer assumes responsibility once cargo is loaded at the port of origin. Suitable for experienced importers with established logistics networks.
CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)
Seller arranges transport and insurance to the destination port. Title and risk transfer upon loading, but logistics are managed by the seller.
Cargo Title Take Over (TTO)
Buyer takes title of cargo at an agreed point during transit, typically used in vessel-to-vessel or bonded transfers.
Pipeline Take Over (PTO)
Title transfers at a designated point within a pipeline system, used for landlocked deliveries or direct industrial supply.

Delivery terms are aligned to buyer experience and operational capability. We do not recommend structures that exceed a buyer's demonstrable competence.
Quality Assurance
Inspection & Compliance
Transparency and verification are non-negotiable elements of every transaction we support. All cargoes are subject to independent inspection, and documentation follows internationally accepted commercial practices.
Independent Inspection via Recognised Surveyors
Inspections conducted by SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek, or equivalent internationally accredited surveyors at load port.
Standard Quality and Quantity Verification
Full analysis of product specifications against agreed parameters, plus accurate measurement of loaded volumes.
Full Commercial Documentation Provided
Certificate of Quality (CQ), Certificate of Quantity (CQ), Bill of Lading (B/L), and all ancillary documents within agreed procedures.
Compliance and transparency are central to every transaction. We do not support opaque arrangements or structures that compromise traceability.
Transaction Approach
Our process is designed to be structured and professional, ensuring that time is invested only where there is genuine alignment and capability on both sides.
Buyer Qualification First
We verify mandate, capability, and intent before progressing into detailed commercial discussions.
Clear Commercial Framework
Pricing, volumes, terms, and timelines are discussed openly and documented clearly.
Agreed Procedures Before Documentation
Inspection, payment, and delivery procedures are aligned in principle before drafting contracts.
Direct Engagement with Mandates
Where appropriate, we facilitate direct dialogue between principals to expedite decisions.
This approach avoids wasted time and protects all parties from speculative or uncommercial engagement. Efficiency and clarity benefit everyone.
Important Clarifications
What We Are Not
To set clear expectations and avoid misunderstandings, it is important to state what we do not offer. This transparency helps ensure alignment from the outset.
We Do Not Publish Pricing Lists
Commodity pricing is dynamic and varies by product, origin, volume, and market conditions. Pricing is discussed directly with qualified buyers only.
We Do Not Circulate Origin Details Blindly
Supplier and origin information is commercially sensitive and shared only after buyer credentials and intent are established.
We Do Not Engage in Speculative Chains
We work exclusively with end buyers, mandate holders, or direct trading counterparties. Intermediary chains without clear authority are not entertained.

Commercial specifics are shared only with credible, mandated buyers. This protects our supply relationships and ensures serious engagement.
Get Started
Next Steps
If there is alignment between your requirements and our capabilities, the next stage is a short commercial discussion to understand your specific needs and readiness.
We will explore the following areas together:
Product Interest
Which commodities and specifications align with your operational or trading requirements?
Delivery Preference
What delivery terms and logistical arrangements suit your infrastructure and experience?
Volume Expectations
What quantities are you seeking, and over what timeframe—spot, trial, or term?
Buyer Readiness
Do you have mandate, funding confirmation, and operational capability in place?
From there, we move into formal engagement with relevant supply partners. This ensures efficient progression and mutual confidence in the transaction.
